I founded and ran Sarrel Group, an editorial services, product test lab, and competitive intelligence consultancy.
For about 15 years I was a leading tech journalist and analyst. I’ve been a Contributing Editor for PC Mag, Contributing Analyst to GigaOm Research, Frequent Contributor to eWeek and InfoWorld, Tech/Games Editor for YRB, and 3G Editor for Backayard. I was a Technical Director for PC Magazine Labs, where I led all testing conducted by three test teams and distinguished myself as a security expert, participating in multiple FTC technology workshops and becoming a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
I am driven by a passion to learn new technologies and explain why and how to use them. This is also a core component of successful marketing. Engaging prospects across the full buyers’ journey is what turns them into customers.
